Retur Design is the data controller for personal data collected through iWheel. Contact: i@rd.se.

Data we collect and why

• Name, email, phone — to confirm and manage your booking (contract performance).
• Preferred date, experience level, message — to plan your class (contract performance).
• Technical data (IP address, device info) — for security and to keep the site working (legitimate interest).

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host the website and store bookings.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for processing the sale, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Retention

Booking data is kept for up to 24 months after your class, or longer where accounting law requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. We respond within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to work. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
